Shipping
PinPost ships exclusively with the United States Postal Service for domestic orders, except for special circumstances. We offer FREE shipping on all pins, as well as a range of expedited services.
Our international customers aren't left out, either! We offer very cheap international shipping to a variety of countries, although our cheapest international options may take a few weeks. Be sure to plan ahead or order with expedited shipping!
If you aren't purchasing from North America or Europe, please contact us to ensure we can send you your items.
UPDATE: Due to current events, it is more important than ever to contact us to ensure we can deliver your pins if you live outside of North America, Austraila, the European Union, or the United Kingdom.
Returns
We inspect all of our products before they're even available for sale, and our shipments are well protected. In the very unlikely event of shipping damage, please contact us so we can help you out as fast as possible!
When it comes to returns, we want to hear from you! Once again, please contact us for help with returning any items that aren't damaged.
As a non-profit service, we make every attempt to get it right the first time, so we won't always be able to honor return requests if you have changed your mind.
